Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
- • Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
- • Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- • Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution.
- • Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers.
- • Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently.
- • Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision.
- • Participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations and processes, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance team performance.
- • Actively exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved sales performance.
Qualifications
- • Previous experience in sales is preferred. Experience as an SDR is not mandatory, but having 1 year of SDR experience is advantageous.
- • Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish are essential.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence.
- • A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers.
- • Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
Additional Information and Instructions
