Sales Specialist
Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will drive the sales process through proactive outreach, strategic relationship-building, and consistent follow-up, while leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and CRM management to exceed targets. The salary starts at $1125 per month.

- • Maternity/Paternity leave for up to 2 months. WBN will cover 50% of your WBN-base salary. (Applied for RPs who have been with WBN for more than one year).
Responsibilities
- • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- • Learn and understand sales processes and workflows across various companies and industries to effectively serve a diverse client database.
- • Making cold calls and sending emails out to prospects.
- • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products to prospective buyers.
- • Developing sales strategies and hitting quotas.
- • Maintaining an accurate CRM database of your accounts.
- • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- • Collecting customer feedback.
Required Skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
- • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail
- • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2
Qualifications
- • At least 2 years of experience in sales
- • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- • Appropriate work-from-home environment
- • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
Personal computer with:
- • 8GB+ RAM
- • Intel i3 8th generation or newer, an AMD Ryzen 3 2nd generation or newer, or an M1 chip.
- • Windows 10+ or from macOS Mojave to the latest version.
- • 10 Mbps Internet Speed (Minimum)
- • FT availability (40 hours a week)
- • Excellent relationship skills
Although not required, we also prefer candidates who have:
- • Experience working with CRM systems
- • Experience working from home
- • Good time management
- • Detail-oriented
- • Experience working with US-based companies
- • Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
- • Self-motivated
