Claims Associate
Summary
Reporting to the Operations Officer - Claims and Underwriting, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with the processing of claims on behalf of the company’s clients ensuring process efficiency and maintain service quality. The position is based in Kingston. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and organized individual, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- • Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- • Excellent time management and the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint etc.]
The following would be an asset, but not compulsory:
- • Insurance Knowledge
- • Certificate in Insurance
