Summary

A skilled Air Conditioning Installation/Service Technician responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and safe operations while adhering to company guidelines and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

As an Air Conditioning Installation/Service Technician at JTRS, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• • Performing maintenance activities in accordance with the company’s guidelines.

• Performing installation activities in accordance with the company’s guidelines and display proficiency in:

  • • Installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems (1-5 Tons)
  • • Installation of mechanical equipment and support systems
  • • Pipe installation, support systems & leak-free brazing
  • • Drainage installation
  • • Correct use of tools and equipment provided by the company
  • • Installation of controls provisions (conduits & wiring)

• Displaying high levels of customer service and deportment:

  • • Must participate in the company’s customer service training at specified intervals.

• Displaying care for the company’s assets:

  • • Safe keeping and cleaning of tools, equipment and other items used by the company.
• • Performing detailed maintenance activities
• • Installing equipment in accordance with engineering drawings
• • Installing uniformed pipework and brazing under little supervision
• • Installing uniformed drainage systems under little supervision
• • Electrical system troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• • Control system troubleshooting and diagnosis.

• • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• • Relevant HVAC certification
• • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installation/Service Technician, with knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
