Pharmacy Technician
Summary
The National Health Fund is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Pharmacy Technician.
Responsibilities
- • Process orders from Providers
- • Perform data entry operations and ensure proper and prompt update of all spreadsheets and databases
- • Maintain register of Providers and PPP Pharmacies with current location and contact information
- • Document and report to the Senior Provider Relations Officer all complaints/issues encountered for prompt resolution
- • Perform any other duties to support the general Provider Relations process.
Required Skills
- • Strong mathematical skills.
- • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
- • Good written and oral communication skills
- • Good interpersonal skills
- • Computer literate with working knowledge of pharmacy software.
Qualifications
- • A minimum of five (5) subjects at the CXC/GCE Level including Mathematics, English Language and a Science subject.
- • Possess a Pharmacy Technician Certificate/Diploma from a recognized institution.
- • Experience in customer service would be an asset
