About the role As a Phone Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in educating homeowners about the benefits of our weatherization program and encouraging them to enroll. Your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and follow up diligently will directly impact customer participation and company success. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a structured yet supportive team environment. Responsibilities
- • Make outbound calls to cold leads, introducing them to our Weatherization Assistance Program.
- • Engage potential customers, explain program benefits, and assess their interest.
- • Address questions and objections in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
- • Collect and record customer details to determine eligibility for participation.
- • Send program information and paperwork to interested homeowners.
- • Follow up with leads to encourage program enrollment and application completion.
- • Accurately track and report call outcomes in the CRM system.
- • Meet or exceed sales targets for lead conversions and enrollments.

- • Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- • Ability to overcome objections and build rapport with potential customers.
- • Comfortable working with performance goals and sales targets.
- • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM software.
