Property Manager -Kingston

Summary

Under the direction of the Product Quality Manager, the Data Administrator will process contract carriage and craft applications.

Responsibilities

• • Implement systems to ensure the proper management of the operations of TPDCo run attractions
• • Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs and maintenance.
• • Develop a maintenance plan and standard operating procedures for each property
• • Maintain records of maintenance and operating costs.
• • Develop a disaster management plan for each property
• • Plan schedule and coordinate general maintenance and major repairs.
• • Recommends and oversees sustainable environmental impact and activities
• • Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties.
• • Maintain contact with fire and police and other agencies to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations.

• The post-holder will be able to demonstrate:

  • • Proficiency in the use of computers and applications
  • • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • • Knowledge of project management

Qualifications

• • H101 Real Estate Board Certification
• • A First Degree preferably in Management Studies
• • Project Management experience
• • Knowledge of environmental sustainability requirements
• • Five years’ experience in a similar capacity
