Summary

Join JN Fund Managers as a Pension Administrator on a temporary basis. You will maintain accurate records for assigned pension plans, process benefits, and generate detailed reports to meet regulatory standards and service level agreements. Temporary Contract (3 months with possibility for renewal)

Responsibilities

  • Records and Contributions Management:

    • • Maintain accurate member records and reconcile contributions.
    • • Process benefit calculations, including retirements and refunds.
    • • Manage pension payroll and maintain filing systems.
    • • Support training on departmental policies and systems.
  • Reporting:

    • • Prepare and submit regulatory and management reports within deadlines.
    • • Provide accurate data to auditors, actuaries, trustees, and members.
  • Customer Service:

    • • Respond promptly to member and sponsor queries.
    • • Dispatch statements and assist with pension website access.
    • • Support trustee meetings and track follow-up actions to completion.
  • Performance Metrics:

    • • Accurate and timely processing of contributions and benefits.
    • • Completion of reports within established timelines.
    • • High-quality customer service with swift query resolution.

Required Skills

  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Sciences, or related field.
  • • Minimum 2 years of experience in pension administration.
