
Food Services Supervisor
Summary
The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the management of all aspects within the Food Service Operation including staffing, stock, achieving production targets, controlling expenses, customer satisfaction, service, quality, and cleanliness - maintenance of the company’s standards of quality and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- • Ensure quality assurance of finished products is always achieved.
- • Meet Production Targets consistently, by ensuring staff are scheduled to guarantee efficiency and optimal productivity.
- • Manage inventory of raw and finished goods.
- • Quality and timeliness in executing job functions and submitting reports
- • Security and safety of the storage of raw materials, finished goods entering and leaving the facility
- • Ensuring 100% Accuracy of inventory, outlets orders, transfers, and write-offs.
- • Prepare Purchase Orders (for approval) for raw ingredients.
- • Ensure the operation is ran efficiently by having costs trending down.
- • Ensure equipment, working tools, and gasoline are optimally maintained
- • Perform opening and closing duties

Qualifications
- • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts
- • 4 CXC or GCE subjects including a numerical subject and English Language
- • Minimum one (1) year work experience in a similar capacity
- • Valid Food Handler’s Permit
Additional Information and Instructions
Working Conditions:
- • Physical exertion with prolonged periods on feet, lifting (minimum 50 lb.) bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying
- • Sometimes required to work outside of normal work hours to meet the demands of the job and ensure objectives remain on track, this may include weekends and public holidays
- • Exposure to hot and cold
