Summary
Fixed Term Contract; Part Fixed Pay, Part Commission-Based Pay Eastern Region: Oxford Terrace, UWI, Spanish Town Western Region: Lucea and Church Street, Montego Bay
Responsibilities
- • Generate new, profitable business through the sale of the products and services of the Credit Union.
- • Grow, service, and manage their respective portfolio of accounts to meet or exceed targets.
- • Meet with members and potential members, assess their portfolio and provide financial advice that will aid them in the development of their investment objectives.
- • Establish an individual Sales and Marketing Plan.

Qualifications
- • Certification in Management Studies, Marketing, Banking & Finance or equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution
- • A minimum of three (3) years’ related experience in credit management, financial sales or marketing in a credit union, commercial or investment bank or any other licensed financial institution
- • Sound knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices of sales, marketing, customer relations and financial planning
- • Sound knowledge of the financial sector, markets, products and services
- • Sound knowledge of financial analysis and credit appraisals
- • Proven competence in Customer Relationship Management
