Summary

ALLIED PROTECTION LIMITED Is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and competent Cook/Chef for Its operations In Kingston. The successful candidate will receive a one (1) year contract to operate the canteen with the option to renew.

Responsibilities

• Prepare approximately 200 breakfasts each weekday.
• Prepare a variety of meals for the staff.
• Efficient and effective operations of the canteen to facilitate consistent and timely distribution of meals.
• Adhere to established guidelines for canteen operations relative to hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization.
• Excellent communication, customer service, record-keeping, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience.
• Have a clean Police Record.
• NVQ-J Level 2 Certification In Food Preparation would be an asset.
