Summary

As a Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of personal service workers within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • • Supervise and coordinate the activities of personal service workers, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • • Communicate effectively with team members to establish a clear understanding of job expectations, performance goals, and procedures.
  • • Assist in the hiring and training of new staff; provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues, which may include guest complaints, staffing challenges, or maintenance concerns.
  • • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • • Maintain a positive and professional environment to ensure a high level of employee morale and guest satisfaction.
  • • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and provides exceptional service to our guests.
  • • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • • High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
    • • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Certifications:

    • • Certifications may be required or preferred.
  • Work Experience:

    • • Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
    • • Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
    • • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
    • • Has 4 to 5 years of work experience
