Summary
As a Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of personal service workers within our organization.
Responsibilities
- • Supervise and coordinate the activities of personal service workers, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- • Communicate effectively with team members to establish a clear understanding of job expectations, performance goals, and procedures.
- • Assist in the hiring and training of new staff; provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues, which may include guest complaints, staffing challenges, or maintenance concerns.
- • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to maintain a high level of service quality.
- • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- • Maintain a positive and professional environment to ensure a high level of employee morale and guest satisfaction.
- • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and provides exceptional service to our guests.
