Summary
ModSquad is actively seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic network of professionals. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions, responding to inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns for our diverse clientele across industries, including tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. As a Mod in our network, you’ll have the flexibility to work from any private location, manage your schedule, and choose projects that match your skills and interests. This opportunity allows you to grow your experience and expand your expertise while working with some of the world’s leading brands. If you’re a skilled communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction and a keen ability to problem-solve, we’d love for you to join our network!
Qualifications
- • Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support
- • Excellent writing & communication skills
- • Zendesk or other CRM experience
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • The ability to multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs, while handling customer communications
- • Ability to show empathy and be apologetic when necessary
- • Able to work as part of a team and independently
- • Able to follow client policies & guidelines while remaining objective

Workspace Requirements: 👨💻 Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above 🔒 Willingness to install ModSquad's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device 📸 Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures 🌐 Stable broadband internet connection of 25 Mbps or greater 💾 8 GB RAM or better 🖥️ Dual monitors highly recommended
