Director, Lands & Agriculture

Summary

The ideal candidate should be a visionary who likes challenges, is enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated. He/she should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional groups within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• • Executing the Agriculture's Department strategic Business Plan
• • Managing the daily planning and operation of the Agriculture Department at multiple locations to meet the key performance indicators
• • Preserving all lands allocated to the Company as bauxite reserves
• • Ensuring proper maintenance management and equipment availability
• • Supervising/coordinating WIN DAL CO's Tenant Farming Programme

Required Skills

• • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• • Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering/Animal Husbandry or a Master's degree in Business Administration or Agricultural Sciences from an accredited university.
• • A minimum of ten (10) years' agricultural management experience, particularly in Animal Husbandry.
