Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be assigned the following duties:

• • Interview and assess prospective customers to determine eligibility for loans
• • Assess and analyse loan application and evaluate credit worthiness of applicants
• • Build and maintain relationships, generate prospects and convert to sales
• • Perform administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• • At least a first degree in Business Administration or Marketing (completed)
• • A minimum of two years’ experience in sales/ loans
• • Must be target oriented with a drive to succeed in the microfinance industry
• • Exceptionally talented, energetic, high-performing
