Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting different brands and customers of the Client through phone, email, and chat. Position: Customer Service Representative Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Salary Range: up to USD 2,000/ month

Responsibilities

  • β€’ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • β€’ Responding promptly to customer inquiries providing 100% Customer Satisfaction
  • β€’ Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • β€’ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • β€’ Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • β€’ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • β€’ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • β€’ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • β€’ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • β€’ Answering and resolving customer requests and claims on different marketplaces, including Amazon A-to-Z claims and eBay requests and disputes.
  • β€’ Contact customers who leave negative reviews or feedback to rectify any problems and provide customer satisfaction
  • β€’ Filing claims with shipping carriers and contacting them as necessary to resolve customer shipment issues.
  • β€’ Filing Amazon SAFE-T claims on Amazon in cooperation with the Warehouse team
  • β€’ Follow up with or call back customer voicemails or email communications
  • β€’ Submit Replacement orders to the Fulfillment team in accordance with the internal SOP

Qualifications

  • β€’ 3 years previous customer service experience in call center environment
  • β€’ Exceptional customer service, active listening, able to articulate thoughts and ideas both verbally and in writing
  • β€’ Professional phone voice
  • β€’ Ability to remain calm when dealing with stressed or upset customers
  • β€’ Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure
  • β€’ Continued education on company, products, and services
  • β€’ Proficient with computers and typing
  • β€’ Exhibit professionalism in all situations in the workplace
  • β€’ The ability to learn quick and move on from both success and opportunities
