As a Customer Service Representative at Veta Virtual, you will be the friendly and professional voice of our clients, enhancing their customer experiences through outstanding phone call management.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include:
- • Manage calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals.
- • Accurately take and promptly deliver messages with a touch of flair.
- • Book appointments using user-friendly software like Calendly, making scheduling a breeze.
- • Transfer calls efficiently, following established protocols and adding your friendly touch.
- • Address callers' needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
- • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements.
- • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve service quality and inject fun into our processes.
Qualifications
- • Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- • An outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality and attitude.
- • A sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
- • Familiarity with AI Tools and a quick learning ability.
- • A quiet work environment and reliable equipment.
- • A stable internet connection and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- • Availability for a 9-hour shift between 9 AM - 9 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
