Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support. You will also answer general customer Inquiries and assist with other administrative duties as needed. Rate of Pay: $7.00 USD/Hourly

Responsibilities

  • Record and triage incoming technical support tickets accurately.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Create electronic files for customer records and internal documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer general customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support preferred, but not required.
