Audit Associate - Jamaica
Summary
You contribute to audit engagements by performing high-quality work that reflects your passion for excellence. You are energized by the opportunity to learn and apply cutting-edge audit tools and methodologies, while in your pursuit of a professional accounting designation.
Responsibilities
- • Contribute to the team's success by conducting audit testing and risk assessments, researching accounting and industry standards, gaining industry exposure, and participating in client meetings.
- • Learn and leverage audit tools and new technologies.
- • Build your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and much more.
- • Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.
Qualifications
- • A bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification (i.e., ACCA).
- • Working towards an international recognized relevant professional accounting designation, e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA.
- • Previous audit or related work experience is preferred, including co-op or internship experience.
