The University offers master's and doctoral programs in Psychology, Education and Business with diverse concentrations available within each of these programs. Their integrated, innovative curriculum is designed to be experiential and transformative. Their graduates are engaged in varied professional contexts that include coaching, psychotherapy, organizational development, facilitation, social healing, social entrepreneurship, and transformative leadership. Their graduate programs are available in two formats, hybrid and 100% online. This model supports students who are working professionals and balancing other life commitments to move forward towards their personal and professional future. They are seeking an experience social media marketer to support the Digital Marketing Team. Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm Pacific Time

Responsibilities

  • • Collaborate with graphic designers and writers to produce engaging and compelling copy, images, and videos.
  • • Draft, schedule, and publish social media content.
  • • Manage paid social media ads.
  • • Collect, review, and analyze data.
  • • Make use of data and market research to inform promotional plan proposals both independently and in alignment with broader University marketing strategies.
  • • Play an active role in the ongoing development of the University’s marketing strategy, to meet the needs of an ever-changing landscape.
  • • Adhere to the University’s brand and image.

Qualifications

  • Required:

    • • Fluent in English.
    • • Experience not just creating and posting social media content, but strategizing for success.
    • • Experience with paid ads and working with marketing budgets.
    • • An understanding of marketing data analytics.
    • • Ability to pivot strategies and reassess priorities gracefully.
    • • Ability to work asynchronously, self-manage, and take initiative.
    • • Strong internet connection, quality camera and microphone.
    • • Available to work 8 hours per day, five days per week, during standard Pacific Time working hours.
  • Preferred:

    • • A relevant degree.
    • • Experience working in higher education.
    • • Experience with brand development.
    • • Experience with developing and strategizing for segmented audiences.
    • • Working competency with Notion, Figma, and/or MailChimp
