Summary
As a Supervisor, Restaurant, you will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food. Your role will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- • Supervise and coordinate the food preparation, plating, and service for Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that quality standards are maintained consistently.
- • Develop and maintain positive communication with both front and back-of-house staff to foster a supportive and team-oriented work environment.
- • Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their performance and development.
- • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper storage of food items, equipment, and supplies.
- • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, always striving to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with local health department guidelines and company standards.
- • Assist in the creation and implementation of sales promotions, special events, and marketing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends, seasonal menu items, and local competitors to ensure the continued success and growth of the Food & Beverage operations.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- • Associate Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications:
- • Certifications may be required or preferred.
Work Experience:
- • Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- • Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
- • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- • Has 4 to 5 years of work experience
