Responsibilities
- • Manage the admissions database, including data entry, updates, and ensuring accuracy in applicant information.
- • Maintain the integrity of admissions records, ensuring that all data is securely stored and appropriately handled.
- • Generate and provide regular reports on admissions trends, applicant status, and other relevant metrics to the Registrar.
- • Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure that applications are processed efficiently and on time.
- • Ensure that all data entry and record-keeping processes comply with institutional and legal standards for data privacy and security.
- • Track application statuses and follow up with applicants regarding missing documents or incomplete applications.
Required Skills
- • Technical proficiency in database management systems and data analysis.
- • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with applicants and staff.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years’ experience in database management, preferably in an admissions or educational environment.
- • Proficiency in database software and HubSpot or similar platforms.
- • Experience in using data reporting and analysis tools to generate insights from the database would be an asset.
