Customer Service Representative
Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by providing exceptional scheduling and customer care services over the phone. Working from your home office, you will handle inbound calls, ask essential questions to understand client needs, and schedule jobs effectively. Your ability to set a friendly and professional tone during interactions makes every call a positive experience for clients. If you thrive in a work-from-home setup but value being part of a supportive and connected team, this role is ideal for you! 8-hour shifts with an unpaid lunch hour, 5 days per week (rotating days off) Shifts range from 7 AM to 11 PM EST

Responsibilities
- • Handle inbound calls (no cold calling), inquire about customer needs, and set appointments
- • Update and maintain customer account information

Sales Experience:

- • Ability to identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Computer:
- • Windows (10 Pro/11 Pro/Enterprise) or iOS (Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma)
- • Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
- • 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended
- • Two monitors required (if using a laptop smaller than 15")
Headset:
- • Wired noise-canceling microphone with USB connection
Internet:
- • Wired connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
Additional Information and Instructions
Paid Time Off (PTO):
- • 2 days after 90 days of employment
- • 7 days after one year, subject to company adjustments
