Summary

To lead, execute and continuously improve Seprod’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring a disciplined, collaborative, and data-driven approach to demand and supply planning. This role ensures alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution by driving forecast accuracy, service level improvements, inventory optimization, and production planning synchronization across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end S&OP process across the group, from demand planning to executive review.
  • Chair the monthly S&OP cycle:

    • Demand Review, Supply Review, Gap Review, and Executive Alignment S&OP meetings.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to produce a consensus demand plan that aligns commercial ambitions with operational capabilities.
  • Coordinate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts, highlighting gaps and trade-offs for cross-functional resolution.
  • Lead analysis and root cause reviews of forecast inaccuracies and supply constraints, driving continuous improvement actions.
  • Work with Finance to ensure volume plans align with financial goals and that risks/opportunities are escalated proactively.
  • Develop and track key S&OP performance indicators:

    • forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and supply adherence.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment across planning systems and reports (ERP, forecasting tools, dashboards).
  • Train and coach stakeholders across departments to embed a robust S&OP culture and process.
  • Support innovation pipeline planning by integrating new product forecasts into the S&OP cycle.
  • Lead post-mortems and scenario planning sessions to guide strategic decisions and improve responsiveness.+
  • Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or Commercial Operations in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of S&OP principles and process implementation.
  • High proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, forecasting software).
  • Strong understanding of ERP and planning systems (Infor, SAP, or equivalent).
