Summary

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• • The ability to maintain the inventory of cutlery, crockery, glass and display equipment.
• • Ensure the proper setting up and breaking down of buffets and displays, in moving furniture and equipment to and from buffet sites.
• • Conducting HACCP Inspections and enforce cleaning standards and programs.

Required Skills

• The successful candidate should have:

  • • Working knowledge of chemicals and equipment maintenance
  • • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • • Have sound knowledge of portion control, butchery and sanitation
  • • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate well with persons at all levels
  • • Positive work ethics and attitude
  • • Proven competencies in leading, training, motivating and managing conflicts

Qualifications

• • Certification in Supervisory Management from a recognized institution
• • Minimum of a year’s experience in a similar position
• • HACCP certification from recognized institution would be an asset
