Internal Auditor (FMG/AS 3)

Summary

Under the general direction of the Board of Directors, the Internal Auditor is responsible for examining transactions, records, and documents (both financial and operational) to determine compliance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and rules governing the Trade Board Limited. The incumbent will also report on internal controls to the Trade Administrator/CEO and, where necessary, make recommendations. 💰Salary: $5,198,035 - $6,990,779 JMD per annum

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• • ACCA Fundamentals or equivalent.
• • 3-4 years' experience in auditing.
• • Knowledge of public sector auditing and internal controls.
• • Familiarity with ISO 9001|2015 and relevant Government of Jamaica (GOJ) regulations is an asset.
