Summary

Provide accurate and timely information to management on the Warehouse Inventory Stock levels, make recommendations for improvement in the systems of internal controls

Responsibilities

• • Verification of inventory balances by comparing them to physical stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.
• • Observing and reporting if FIFO is followed for all transactions.
• • Inspect stock items for damage or defect and report any damage to supervisor.
• • Keep track of goods returned and bad goods.
• • Track inbound and outbound activities.
• • Processing related party costings/transactions.

Required Skills

• • Computer literate – Good excel skills
• • Able to use various computing software
• • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels in the group
• • High level of integrity

Qualifications

• • High School Diploma
• • Five (5) CXC(s) with passes in English Language and Mathematics
