Delivery Fulfillment Associate/Delivery Driver

Summary

The Delivery Fulfilment Associate reports directly to the Senior Manager Retail Store Operations and is responsible for the fulfilment of all CPJ Market orders.

Responsibilities

• • Responsible for the fulfilment of all CPJMARKET.COM orders.
• • Be the point of contact for all CPJMARKET.COM pick up orders.
• • Responsible for the fulfilment of all account holder orders for delivery. Following delivery protocols issued by small businesses – restaurants and bars.
• • Reports all issues to management that arise during the delivery process so that the management team can address the customer.
• • Liaise with customers to coordinate delivery addresses and time slots.
• • Assist with duties around the store when orders are not being fulfilled or deliveries are being made. This involves assisting customers with finding items, helping to retrieve items from storage, overall upkeep of the store.
• • Responsible for the upkeep of the company vehicle. Ensure that it is well maintained, and all issues or damages are reported to management.

Qualifications

• • A minimum of three (3) years work related experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality industry
• • Valid General Open Licence is required.
• • Ability to pass the Driving Test administered by CPJ personnel.
