Monitoring Centre Operator

Summary

Jamaica Broilers Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Monitoring Centre Operator to support its Information Technology applications, systems, and equipment within the Monitoring Centre. The role involves managing and maintaining critical security systems, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations, and delivering excellent customer service. He/she will provide technical support services for all Information Technology Applications, Systems and computer equipment used in the Monitoring Centre.

Required Skills

• • Understanding of Security Systems, to include, but not limited to, camera systems, access control systems and vehicle tracking systems.
• • Familiarity with networking technologies - Windows networking systems.
• • Knowledge of Access Control System software (Facility Commander/OnGuard).
• • Knowledge of Incident Management Reporting software (Perspective).
• • Knowledge of camera monitoring software (Ocularis).
• • Knowledge of Vehicle Tracking software’s (Rastrac/Pegasus).
• • Knowledge of Security Department procedures.
• • General knowledge of operational activities at all locations
• • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written format.
• • Excellent administrative, organizational, analytical, writing and problem-solving skills.
• • Sound human relations and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• • An Associate Degree in an Information Technology related discipline.
