Summary
Reporting to the Reconciliation Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the timely preparation of Intercompany, Supplier, and Bank Reconciliation Statements.

Responsibilities
- • Prepare inter-company, bank, suppliers, and credit card reconciliation statements.
- • Clearing of ALL GRIR balances for assigned suppliers and intercompany accounts.
- • Follow up on long outstanding reconciling items on reconciliations to clear them on time.
- • Post journal entries, as applicable, for reconciliations prepared
- • Post Credit Notes and invoice adjustments for assigned suppliers

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management Studies
- • Two (2) years of working experience in a similar position
- • Strong numeric, analytical, and spreadsheet skills
- • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
- • Excellent communication, listening, verbal, and written presentation skills
- • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of accountability
- • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Knowledge of the use of SAP is an asset.
- • Excellent customer service skills
- • Pays keen attention to details
