Responsibilities

  • Sales Data Analysis:

    • • Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
    • • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Process Improvement:

    • • Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and propose solutions to streamline operations.
    • • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
    • • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to align with company goals.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning:

    • • Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
    • • Support the sales planning process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish realistic quotas and targets.
  • CRM and Sales Tools Management:

    • • Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems and other sales tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
    • • Provide training and support to the sales team on effective use of tools and systems.
    • • Ensure that sales tools are aligned with overall business processes and goals.
  • Compensation and Incentives Analysis:

    • • Support the design and administration of sales compensation plans.
    • • Analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend adjustments to drive better performance.
    • • Ensure timely and accurate payout of sales commissions and bonuses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on sales strategies and objectives.
    • • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
    • • Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall business goals.
  • Strategic Initiatives:

    • • Support key strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and insights.
    • • Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth.
    • • Provide project management support for sales-related initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Process Documentation:

    • • Document sales processes, procedures, and best practices.
    • • Ensure that all team members are up to date on the latest processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills:

    • • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • • Familiarity with SQL or other database management tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills:

    • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • • Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:

    • • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role, preferably in a data-driven environment.
  • Project Management:

    • • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
