Summary

As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the activities of helpers, laborers, or material movers, ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• • Oversee and manage the daily operations of warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• • Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• • Maintain and enforce safety and security policies and procedures within the warehouse.
• • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in the warehouse.
• • Monitor employee performance and provide training, guidance, and direction when needed.
• • Anticipate and resolve operational issues to minimize delays and prevent disruptions to workflow.
• • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
• • Maintain accurate records for inventory, employee performance, and other warehouse activities.
• • Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
• • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• • Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
