The Inventory System Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing and managing inventory transactions for the distribution arm of Seprod Ltd., ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• • Process requests to receive, move, and adjust inventory within the company’s systems for distribution operations.
• • Accurately input and maintain inventory costs in the inventory management systems.
• • Organize, log, file, and dispatch all relevant documentation related to stock movements and adjustments.
• • Handle inventory transfers to and from the van sales team.
• • Set up and execute data entries required for stock-taking exercises.
• • Perform other inventory-related system management tasks as assigned by the team supervisor or department manager.
