Inventory System Specialist
Summary
The Inventory System Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing and managing inventory transactions for the distribution arm of Seprod Ltd., ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities
- • Process requests to receive, move, and adjust inventory within the company’s systems for distribution operations.
- • Accurately input and maintain inventory costs in the inventory management systems.
- • Organize, log, file, and dispatch all relevant documentation related to stock movements and adjustments.
- • Handle inventory transfers to and from the van sales team.
- • Set up and execute data entries required for stock-taking exercises.
- • Perform other inventory-related system management tasks as assigned by the team supervisor or department manager.

Additional Information and Instructions
Working Relationships: 🏢 Collaborates as a member of the Finance team. Works closely with Logistics, Marketing, Customer Service, and Security teams: ⚠️ Special Conditions ⏰ May be required to work outside regular business hours, including weekends and shifts.
