Summary
As a Supervisor, Housekeeping and Cleaning, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of cleaning activities carried out by dedicated personnel in various establishments such as hotels, offices, and more. Lead a team of professionals while working independently within established protocols and best practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- • Directly supervise cleaning personnel and delegate tasks to ensure proper completion of cleaning activities.
- • Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all assigned facilities.
- • Provide guidance, training, and support for cleaning staff to improve performance and professionalism.
- • Manage schedules, shifts, and logistics to optimize team performance and resource allocation.
- • Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of facilities to ensure that all areas are clean and sanitary.
- • Address and resolve customer complaints, feedback, or concerns related to housekeeping and cleaning services.
- • Maintain clear communication with staff and upper management regarding timelines, expectations, and challenges, and implement solutions to address any issues.
- • Ensure the team complies with established safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
- • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new techniques and protocols.
- • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- • High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications:
- • Certifications may be required or preferred.
Work Experience:
- • Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- • Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
- • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- • Has 4 to 5 years of work experience
