Responsibilities
Major responsibilities: ✅ To take customer orders, cash and serve menu items SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN: ✔️Collaboration with the production team is done in order for a prompt and correct delivery of orders. ✔️Customers are provided with the highest level of service. ✔️Products of the highest quality are served at all times. ✔️Processes which will improve service quality are identified and recommended. ✔️Cash, overages and stock shortages are eliminated. ✔️The stock is checked twice daily and all stock received are appropriately recorded. ✔️The temperature of the chillers is recorded twice daily. ✔️The usage of the “three steps of service” is maintained. ✔️Customers are engaged in a friendly and courteous manner. ✔️There is sound knowledge of the menu so that upselling can be initiated. ✔️High quality work can be performed while unsupervised. ✔️Money are handled accurately according to the Company’s Cash Handling procedure. ✅ To adhere to all safety standards and procedures. SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN: ✔️All safety precautions are adhered to as specified by the relevant safety boards. ✔️All standards of personal hygiene established by the Company are adhered to. ✔️Supplies and storage areas are cleaned and maintained in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations and branch audit expectations. ✅ Skills and Physical requirements ✔️Must be able to work standing for extended periods ✔️Must be able to remain calm when under pressure ✔️Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds ✔️Must be able to stoop and bend regularly ✅ To perform any other related duties as directed by the Store Manager and/or their designate. SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN: ✔️All assignments are carried out to agreed standards.

Qualifications
- • A minimum of three (3) CSEC subjects, or its equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language or successful passing of equivalence test and/or a minimum one (1) year’s working experience.
