Segoso Caribbean is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product knowledge and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries:

    • Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies.
  • Issue Resolution:

    • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order Processing:

    • Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Segoso Caribbean's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure that every interaction with the customer is positive, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Data Entry:

    • Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Follow-Up:

    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools (experience with call center software is a plus).
  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues creatively and professionally.
  • Proficiency in English is required (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
