Receptionist
Summary
Are you a polished, detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service? We are seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm. In this role, you'll support our team by ensuring smooth front-office operations and upholding the high standards of confidentiality and professionalism our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- • Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and discretion.
- • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, courier services, and document delivery.
- • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing client-facing documents.
- • Monitor and maintain office supplies in coordination with the administrative team.
- • Enforce security protocols, including managing visitor logs and issuing access credentials.
- • Maintain records for the company fleet, ensuring timely renewal of vehicle documents.
- • Keep the reception area tidy and reflective of the firm's commitment to excellence.
Required Skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- • Professional demeanor and a commitment to client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- • Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics or Accounts.
- • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
- • At least two (2) years' experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- • Familiarity with office procedures and confidentiality protocols in a financial or legal setting.
