Summary

ModSquad has partnered with a prominent higher education client that supplies educational products, services, and solutions to colleges and universities nationwide. This fully remote position offers you the chance to join our team, where youโ€™ll respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages. Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 7 PM PT Commitment: Self-schedule 15 hours per week. 60-day commitment (as needed)

Qualifications

  • โ€ข Candidates with strong customer support experience.
  • โ€ข Candidates with moderate technical knowledge and basic trouble-shooting skills.
  • โ€ข Candidates who are personal, and are able to embody 'the spirit' of the College / University
  • โ€ข Candidates who pay attention to the details and can multitask between applications with ease.
  • โ€ข Zendesk experience is a huge plus!
