Disbursement Operations Administrator
Summary
Play a pivotal role in the Finance unit, responsible for driving efficiency, business optimization, seamless administrative operations, and actively participate in digital transformation initiatives for the team. Provide administrative support to the Disbursement Operations unit while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and actively participate in digital transformation initiatives. Ensure the end-to-end processing of urgent disbursement requests and queries.
Responsibilities
- • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- • Assist in the development and maintenance of a Learning and Development Hub.
- • Coordinate and manage disbursement activities, including processing payments and handling financial documentation.
- • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for financial records.
- • Manage leave schedule for the unit.
- • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- • Proactively identify and address operational challenges to enhance overall performance.
- • Contribute actively to ongoing digital transformation initiatives within the Finance unit.
- • Embrace and implement technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- • Act as a float, for team members during leave or high-volumes.
- • Provide support in various areas, such as data entry, report generation, and ad-hoc tasks.
- • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during transitions.
- • Address and resolve queries related to disbursement processes promptly and effectively.
- • Take ownership of urgent requests, ensuring end-to-end processing within defined timelines.
- • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity preferably in the finance industry.
