Summary

We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open Customer Service Rep positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working with the business directly, we handle the hiring and recruiting process. $1400 - $2500 USD per Month

Responsibilities

  • β€’ Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
  • β€’ Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
  • β€’ Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • β€’ Knowledge in using CRMs.
  • β€’ Work US hours.

Qualifications

  • β€’ 1+ Years Experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • β€’ Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • β€’ Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
  • β€’ Energetic & upbeat
  • β€’ Team Player
  • β€’ Willing to listen to feedback & improve
