Talent Acquisition Representative (Contract)
Summary
Support the execution of the Talent Acquisition & People Development unit’s functions, particularly those relating to the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- • Assist with the coordination of interviews including booking physical venues and online platforms as applicable and scheduling interviewing panel members.
- • Send emails to interviewing candidates with information about the interview.
- • Ensure that all relevant documentation and information is completed and submitted prior to date of interview.
- • Support the execution of the Talent Acquisition and Policy Development unit’s functions relating to shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and preparing job offers.
- • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding offer details and their role in the recruitment process.
- • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
Required Skills
- • Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- • Strong human relations skills and ability to interact with personnel at all organizational levels.
- • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- • High level of accuracy.
- • High proficiency in the use of computer software packages such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and Internet applications.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Management Studies, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized tertiary institution.
- • At least three (3) years’ working experience in Human Resources.
