Client Experience Associate
Summary
Reporting to the Head of Private Wealth and Institutional Services, the Client Experience Associate is responsible for warmly welcoming clients to GK Capital Management Limited with professionalism and courtesy. The role involves performing a variety of clerical, sales-related, and administrative support functions for staff while contributing to the seamless delivery of exceptional client care to both existing clients and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- • Welcome visitors professionally, escort them to the designated meeting rooms, and promptly announce them to the relevant personnel.
- • Manage cheque-related processes, including collecting, disbursing, and delivering cheques to the appropriate department.
- • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resource for resolution.
- • Contact clients as needed to facilitate the collection of cheques.
- • Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly and accurately.
- • Coordinate the dispatch of outgoing mail through appropriate courier services.
- • Maintain secure and organized filing systems for all documents.
- • Support the achievement of GKCM/GKMF's revenue and service objectives.
- • Assist with the communication of GKCM products and services.
- • Assist the Wealth Advisors with account opening and transaction processing
- • Refer clients to Investment Advisors where a sale opportunity may exist. Answer basic questions on the products and services.
- • Actively refers new business opportunities to Sales Team.
- • Monitor, order, distribute, and maintain adequate inventories of office stationery and supplies.
- • Assist with the accounts payable function to ensure timely processing and payments.
- • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
- • Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration or related area
- • A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position.
