Customer Service Officer – Front Desk
Summary
To provide assistance to the general public.
Responsibilities
- • Monitoring the Commission’s Help Desk by interacting with customers, addressing issues, routing concerns to the appropriate channels and providing solutions;
- • Administering internal and external Customer Service and/or Satisfaction Surveys;
- • Ensuring courteous treatment of all staff and visitors to the Commission and via telephone;
- • Receiving all incoming calls, identifying the Officers required and connecting callers to the appropriate extensions;
- • Providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk;
- • Ensuring that systems, procedures and working practices are implemented accurately in accordance to established formats;
- • Ensuring that professional attitude, integrity, confidentiality and deportment are displayed at all times.

Qualifications
- • Two (2) CAPE subjects and four (4) CXC/GCE to include English Language; ➖ OR➖ Certificate/Diploma or training in Customer Service Principles or Practices;
- • At least one (1) year working experience.
- • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant computer systems;
- • Knowledge of The Independent Commission of Investigations Act and relevant policies.
