GoldenEye, a member of the Island Outpost Group, located in Oracabessa, St. Mary, is: NOW HIRING We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Employee Relations & Community Service Co-Ordinator to join our Group HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Community Service Program:
    • Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of the company's community service initiatives
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • HR Administration:
    • Oversee the timely placement of advertisements, maintain HR databases, process new hires for payroll, and manage personnel files.
  • Employee Welfare & Engagement:
    • Organize and execute staff welfare activities, including birthday celebrations, fun days, and recognition events.
  • HRMIS:
    • Manage all aspects of the company's HRMIS
  • Uniform & Equipment Management:
    • Monitor, order, and distribute uniforms, safety gear, as required.
  • HR Compliance & Documentation:
    • Record and distribute meeting minutes, track and report staff attendance, and manage sponsorship requests.
  • Training & Development:
    • Design and coordinate training initiatives and oversee employee orientation programs.

Required Skills

  • A detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in HR coordination, employee relations, or community service management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR documentation and payroll processes.
🎓

Qualifications

  • Tertiary level qualification/Formal Certification in Human Resource.
