The Relief Merchandiser will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining all the products distributed by the company in supermarkets and retail stores in the specified regions to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and maximize inventory turns.

Responsibilities
- • Maintain attractive presentation of the company's products in compliance with Planogram.
- • Ensure that adequate products are available to consumers.
- • Adhere to set compliance with planogram.
- • Obtain additional shelf facings wherever possible.
- • Identify suitable positions for floor and shelf displays (Merchandisers must obtain retailers' permission to set up displays).
- • Build displays and maintain display materials.
- • Install Point-Of-Sale materials in all key areas as necessary to achieve strong visual impact.
- • Remove damaged and expired goods from shelves.
- • Report to the Merchandising Supervisor, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Representative regarding stock-outs.
- • Report any significant activities, such as competitors’ promotions and pricing.
- • Ensure that the company’s products are accurately priced for regular and promotional purposes, paying special attention to in-store promotions.
- • Maintain a good relationship with retailers and consistently uphold high standards.
- • Display assigned products prominently.
- • Regularly check for new competitive product lines and relay information to the Supervisor.
- • Work independently to increase sales in assigned outlets.
- • Always report to work neatly attired in the uniforms provided by the company.
- • Be punctual and consistent in working on weekends.
- • Gain knowledge necessary to achieve the goals of the Merchandising Division.
