Responsibilities

• • Coordinates the efficient and timely execution of all promotions for their assigned portfolios
• • Oversees all promotional events for their assigned portfolio ensuring execution to plan and the collection of data for reporting purposes
• • Prepares and submits reports to include inventory and promotional recap reports
• • Dispatches POP material and brand assets to Team Leaders.

Required Skills

• • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point.
• • Result-oriented with a high level of initiative and the ability to mobilize a team
• • Strong Leadership, organizational and people management skills
• • Ability to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals including colleagues, business associates and customers.
• • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

Qualifications

• • Certificate in Management Studies, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar capacity.
