Responsibilities

• • Accept inbound calls from clients to receive purchase orders efficiently.
• • Upsell additional products to enhance customer experience and process orders.
• • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on quality and satisfaction.
• • Maintain high call quality and professionalism during every interaction.
• • Meet and exceed performance standards and maintain high productivity and customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills

• • Good command of the English language with excellent verbal communication skills.
• • Good written communication skills to maintain clear and accurate records.
• • Proven ability to upsell products and meet sales targets.
• • Positive attitude and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• • 6 months of call center experience required.
• • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
