
Sponsorship, Promotions And Events Officer
Summary
The Sponsorship, Promotions and Events Officer will be responsible for reviewing and logging approved sponsorship requests, liaising with promotion or event stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The Sponsorship, Promotions and Events Officer collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to drive brand visibility, execute engaging promotions/events and achieve marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- • Review and identify sponsorship requests or opportunities aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
- • Foster and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing superior customer experiences.
- • Negotiate with vendors/suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure agreements are mutually beneficial.
- • Be prepared to address any challenges that arise during the sponsorship and event planning process, finding creative solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing all RA Williams Distributors Limited events.
- • Define event objectives, themes and target audiences in alignment with our marketing strategies.
- • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- • Evaluate promotion or event success through attendee feedback and post-event analysis.
- • Liaise with speakers and presenters, ensuring their requirements are met for event participation.
- • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities related to sponsorships, promotions and events. Use this knowledge to enhance the Company’s strategies.
- • Any other duty that may be deemed necessary for the proper functioning of and or the viability of the company.

Qualifications
- • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related field is preferred.
- • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing/Promotions/Events Management.

- • Own/Access to a reliable motor vehicle.
