Operations Coordinator
Summary
The Operations Coordinator is a frontline position with direct responsibility for the effective coordination of all aspects of terminal, landside, and airside operations at the Ian Fleming International Airport. The position has its greatest impact when all areas achieve optimum performance to facilitate the smooth and effective flow of all persons and traffic using the airport facilities. The position is also critical in administering and maintaining airside and terminal safety standards and ensuring the integrity of all airport facilities, systems, and procedures are maintained in accordance with JCAA Regulations and ICAO Standards & Recommended Practices. The position requires flexibility in on-site working hours with particular emphasis on airport activities outside of "normal business hours".

- • Knowledge of JCAA Regulations, ICAO Standards & Recommended Practices preferred.
Technical:
- • Knowledge of facilities management and operations.
- • Proficiency in the use of relevant computer software and applications.
- • Good report writing skills.
- • Excellent time management skills.
- • Good problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- • A minimum of four (4) years' experience in operations in the aviation/airport industry.
- • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- • Certificate in Supervisory Management, Operations, or equivalent.
- • Excellent planning and operations skills.
- • Effective time management skills.
- • Well-developed communications, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- • The ability to readily identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
