Web QA and Testing Manager

Summary

Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, seeks a Web QA and Testing Manager to advocate for high quality product delivery across the organization. The Web QA and Testing Manager will work with Linkwell’s technology, product, and client success teams to support our content marketing and consumer engagement programs ensuring high standards are maintained throughout our product suite.

Responsibilities

• QA Management:

  • • Establish a QA and testing process that will keep pace with business growth.
  • • Write and manage product test cases.
  • • Work closely with product design team to ensure deliverables match business requirements.
  • • Ensure existing implementations are meeting established quality and performance benchmarks.
  • • Coordinate and manage additional QA and UAT resources as needed.

• Technical Expertise:

  • • Develop expertise around Linkwell’s product set to quickly identify deficiencies.
  • • Work with technical resources to log and resolve product bugs.
  • • Recommend and deploy tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of product testing.
  • • Develop QA scripts and serve as testing lead throughout the deployment process.

• Client Success:

  • • Flag and escalate issues that could result in program missing goals.
  • • Understand and communicate client acceptance criteria.

• In this position, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include:

  • • A transparent QA and test process that consistently delivers error-free products to clients.
  • • Procedures that maintain a bug-free production environment.
  • • Clearly communicate issues to the technology team for resolution.

Required Skills

• • Ability to adapt and contribute in a fluid, fast-paced, environment.
• • Attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions independently.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years applicable experience.
• • Experience working with automated testing technologies for Web and email environments.
• • Experience with Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• • Experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool.
